Baby is growing well and this pregnancy has been flying by. In the beginning weeks it seemed to drag, but I think I'm so relieved when the morning sickness phase is done with, that waiting for those first trimester weeks to be over with seems to take a while day to day!
Now we've hit 35 weeks and it's hitting me that I have to do labor again for this baby soon. Plenty of moments where I have to remind myself not to panic. Instead of focusing on the pain that's to come, I'm trying to bring my focus on the sweet baby we will be holding before too long. But it's a struggle for me. They say you forget the pain, and I'm sure to an extent you forget just how intense and painful it is- But Liliana's labor is still very fresh in my mind and I remember the exact moment in her labor when I turned to Jarrod and said, "I'm just ready to be done and I'm only two hours into intense labor. I remember this part with the other kids and I just don't want to do it." But I also remember the instant Liliana was out. The relief. The joy. The newborn cries. The moment her face turned towards my voice and she stopped crying. The grace God gives to be able to do this again. Those moments are the ones I want my focus to be on.

Just so you have an accurate way of guessing...The baby bumps below are all around 35 weeks pregnant with each child. In the second trimester for this baby I craved meat/protein for the morning but as soon as we finished lunch my sweet cravings took over. For all the others I remember wanting Mexican a lot. And in the evening I wanted fruit flavored candy.
So there you have it! Will Baby #5 be a boy or girl?!
And just for fun, a comparison picture of the difference between my first pregnancy and this baby! Amazing how well the body remembers to stretch out sooner with subsequent pregnancies! (at least, I'm going with that and not that this baby is a lot bigger than my others ☺)
